Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience
- Demonstrate product features through engaging product demos, highlighting key benefits and technical details
- Assist customers with product selection, upselling relevant items to maximize sales opportunities
- Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties
- Maintain organized merchandising displays that attract customer attention and promote featured products
- Communicate effectively with customers in English or other languages as needed, ensuring clarity and understanding
- Use strong time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy periods while maintaining high service standards
Experience
- Previous experience in retail sales, technology sales, or related customer service roles is preferred
- Demonstrated ability to perform product demos and explain technical features clearly
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly desirable for engaging a diverse customer base
- Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling, and basic math skills are advantageous
- Strong communication skills, phone etiquette, and organizational abilities are essential for success in this role

Pay: $32,756.59-$121,967.12 per year
