As part of our growth, we are on the lookout for a Digital Marketing Specialist – someone who has their finger on the pulse of digital marketing trends and technologies, a track record of high-performing plans, and a passion for data-driven insights.

MANDATE

Connect audiences with integrated content and experiences that elevate our client’s online presence.

Contribute to, develop, implement, and operationalize high-performing digital campaigns that move our client partner brands forward
Manage the day-to-day communication on our clients owned channels (websites, landing pages, social channels, and paid advertising)
Liaison with media partners and vendors to assure media performance and marketing intelligence is applied to every project
Measure and analyze digital marketing campaigns and plans in order to evolve marketing tactics and improve conversion rates
ROLE + RESPONSIBILITIES

Planning

Lead and actively contribute to digital campaign planning including goal setting, defining the audience, message and channel management, and evaluation of campaign success and learning
Collaborate with media partners and vendors to build plans, budgets and schedules for each media buy
Campaign Development + Implementation

Contribute to multi-channel organic and paid campaigns that find, target, and resonate with audiences, drive engagement, conversion and desired results
Implement and manage digital marketing across email, online and print advertising, social media, and websites for primarily B2B environments
Maximize humanized automation to create a rich customer experience
Connect audience needs with client brand and campaign goals
Optimize client partner digital assets and campaigns for organic and paid social. Previous hands-on experience managing and optimizing organic social, paid social, sponsored content, and boosts (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.)
Setup and optimizing client partner digital assets and campaigns for Paid Search/SEM (Google Ads)
Working experience with WordPress or other content management systems (CMS)
Develop a thorough understanding of our partner's services, business goals, industry, and audience segmentation
Reporting + Analysis

Build digital marketing performance dashboards that show client partners their return on investment and alignment to business goals (using common language)
Responsible for monthly, quarterly, yearly and ad-hoc reporting as required
Analyze and apply digital marketing measures and metrics to advance campaign engagement and performance
Implement best practices for increasing digital marketing performance and conversion rate optimization
Leadership

Lead select projects and collaborate with high performing individuals
Actively seek and identify new and innovative marketing technology to advance the firm and client marketing goals
Identify new opportunities for continuous improvement of our client partner’s end-to-end audience journeys
Always deliver. Gather resources, escalate if need be, do menial tasks, and otherwise see that projects get done. Share your contagious passion and positive energy
Quality

Ensure digital functionality and security are consistently in good standing; Weekly audit and updates to client’s digital assets for accuracy and alignment with current priorities
Manage multiple projects and ensure milestones and project deadlines are met
Provide clients and team with exceptional experiences
Uphold data accuracy and quality standards by proofreading and editing like a champion!
Requirements and Skills

Post-secondary education in marketing, advertising, business or a related field
Ideally, you have 5+ years of experience in digital marketing across social media, content marketing, website management, email marketing, PPC and SEM within B2B environments
Experienced working in a consultative client-focused environment such as an agency or internal agency model is preferred
A high-level thinker and problem solver who also has a penchant for details, data, continuous improvement, analysis, and reporting
Strong organizational and multitasking skills; must be confident working in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment with multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines
Ability to collaborate well with multifunctional teams, a consistent commitment to win-win opportunities and outcomes with every internal and external colleague and client interaction
An energetic personality that enjoys getting sh!t done and having fun with your office mates

Skill and assets that will differentiate you:
Experience using A/B testing, heat mapping, marketing automation, and a variety of reporting tools for conversion rate optimization
HTML and CSS and an eye for design and experience developing landing pages and email campaigns. Ideally, you have these chops, or you’re keen to learn!
Basic SEO understanding, primarily from a content marketing perspective
High proficiency in Google Analytics
