Overview
The Bakery Packer is responsible for packing bread and baked goods, organizing orders according to delivery lists, and ensuring all products meet quality standards. This role includes checking freshness, removing defective items, and maintaining strict hygiene and food‑safety practices. The packer also prepares items for drivers, labels products accurately, and keeps the packing area clean and organized.
This job required working in the night shift - 10 PM to 6 AM
Responsibilities
- Pack bread, buns, and other baked goods according to product specifications.
- Label, seal, and organize packaged items accurately.
- Prepare customer and route orders based on daily production lists.
- Arrange products in the correct sequence for each driver’s delivery route.
- Verify that all items on the order sheet are included before dispatch.
Experience
- 1–2 years of experience in a bakery, food‑production, or packaging environment.
- Familiarity with food‑safety and hygiene standards.
Pay: From $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
