We are seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial Naturopathic Doctor with a strong clinical focus in functional medicine, women’s health, hormone optimisation, and healthy ageing.
This is more than a traditional practitioner position. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to help shape and lead Supernatural’s naturopathic medicine program as we expand across multiple locations.

The Opportunity
You will work with clients through comprehensive assessments, advanced testing, personalised treatment planning, and ongoing health optimisation programs.
Your practice may include:
- Women’s health and hormone optimisation
- Bioidentical hormone replacement therapy
- Functional and integrative medicine
- Digestive, metabolic, thyroid, energy, sleep, and stress concerns
- Healthy ageing and longevity
- Nutraceutical, botanical, and lifestyle recommendations
- Intravenous and intramuscular therapies
- Skin health and medical-aesthetic support
- Acupuncture and cosmetic acupuncture
- Individual consultations and structured group programs
The ideal candidate combines strong clinical judgement with exceptional communication, commercial awareness, and a genuine interest in building an innovative, client-centred healthcare program.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive health assessments and develop personalised, evidence-informed treatment plans
- Support clients with women’s health, hormonal, metabolic, digestive, skin, and longevity-related concerns
- Assess and manage patients who may benefit from bioidentical hormone replacement therapy, where permitted within scope
- Recommend appropriate laboratory and functional medicine testing
- Interpret results and clearly explain findings, priorities, and treatment options to clients
- Recommend supplements, botanical medicines, lifestyle interventions, and appropriate medical-grade or natural skincare products
- Administer intravenous therapies and intramuscular injections in accordance with applicable standards, training, and safety protocols
- Incorporate acupuncture or cosmetic acupuncture into treatment plans, where appropriate
- Deliver both in-person and virtual consultations
- Create and facilitate individual and group-based health programs
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, nurse practitioners, medical aestheticians, and other members of the Supernatural clinical team
- Contribute to the development of clinical protocols, client education, and new service offerings
- Help recruit, onboard, mentor, and manage additional Naturopathic Doctors as the program expands
- Support the delivery of a premium, highly personalised client experience
Qualifications
- Registered and in good standing with the College of Naturopaths of Ontario
- Strong experience or advanced training in functional or integrative medicine
- Demonstrated expertise in women’s health and hormone optimisation
- Knowledge of bioidentical hormone replacement therapy
- Experience administering intravenous therapies and intramuscular injections
- Strong knowledge of nutraceuticals, botanical medicines, and lifestyle-based interventions
- Comfortable reviewing laboratory results and developing comprehensive treatment strategies
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and client-education skills
- Highly organised, clinically thorough, and committed to exceptional patient care
- Comfortable working in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment
- Interested in helping build and scale a differentiated clinical program
Preferred Assets
- IV therapy certification
- Ontario prescribing authority
- Acupuncture certification or clinical experience
- Experience with cosmetic acupuncture
- Experience supporting skin health or working alongside medical-aesthetic providers
- Leadership, recruitment, or practice-management experience
- Experience developing group programs, memberships, or structured patient journeys
- An established client following or professional referral network
Prescribing authority and IV certification are considered valuable assets but are not mandatory for all applicants.
