We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Instructor to join our team. Duties
- Develop and implement lesson plans that meet curriculum standards and cater to diverse learning styles.
- Facilitate engaging classroom discussions and activities that promote critical thinking and student participation.
- Assess student progress through assignments, tests, and evaluations, providing constructive feedback to support their growth.
- Maintain a positive classroom atmosphere that encourages student interaction and collaboration.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff regarding academic performance and any concerns that may arise.
- Continuously seek professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay updated on educational best practices.
Skills
- Proven classroom experience with a strong understanding of teaching methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey information to students and colleagues.
