What We Are Looking For
We are looking for a certified Dental Assistant who is positive, organized and reliable, has the ability to take radiographs, works well in a team-oriented environment, brings strong communication and patient care skills, thrives in a fast-paced clinical environment, has previous experience in a similar role (considered an asset), and is open to relocating to the Cayman Islands for a full-time on-site role.
Responsibilities
Chairside assisting during a variety of dental procedures, preparing treatment rooms and ensuring instruments and materials are ready, taking and processing dental radiographs, supporting digital charting and documentation, maintaining sterilization protocols, providing chairside and general support to hygienists to help maintain on-time patient flow, supporting efficient clinical flow between operatories, providing patients with clear instructions and support during their visit, and contributing to a positive, organized and team-focused environment.
