Duties
- Safely operate commercial trucks adhering to all traffic laws and company policies
- Transport freight to various destinations, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries
- Use forklift and heavy equipment to load and unload cargo efficiently and securely
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections, perform basic automotive repairs, and report any mechanical issues
- Manage freight documentation, including delivery logs, shipment manifests, and inspection reports
- Assist with warehouse operations by operating forklifts for loading/unloading cargo when needed
- Maintain safety protocols at all times, including proper securing of loads and adherence to safety regulations
Requirements
- Valid AZ driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Proven experience in commercial driving, preferably with freight transportation experience
- Certification or proficiency in forklift operation and heavy equipment handling
- Knowledge of automotive repair basics for troubleshooting minor vehicle issues
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and complete documentation accurately
- Strong commitment to safety standards and regulatory compliance
- Physical ability to lift heavy loads, operate machinery, and perform manual tasks as required
- Drive a tractor-trailer on an assigned delivery route and follow scheduled delivery windows
- Unload food products at restaurants, hotels, schools, hospitals, and other customers. This can involve a hand cart, ramps, stairs, docks, and different weather conditions.
- Handle heavy freight — Drivers may frequently lift, push, or move products up to about 15-20 kg

Pay: $20.75-$28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 50.0 – 60.0 per week
