Role Overview
This is a hybrid role combining door-to-door sales, marketing, and hands-on service work.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Generating leads through door-to-door outreach and flyer distribution
- Speaking with homeowners and closing service jobs
- Assisting with or performing exterior cleaning services
- Representing the brand professionally in the field
Responsibilities
- Conduct door-to-door sales in residential neighborhoods
- Educate homeowners on our services (roof, gutters, siding, pressure washing)
- Generate and close new business
- Distribute flyers and marketing materials
- Assist with job setup and service execution
- Maintain a clean, professional appearance and attitude
- Provide excellent customer service
Compensation
- $20/hour base pay
- Commission on every sale (high earning potential)
- Opportunity to grow into higher-paying roles as the company expands
Top performers can significantly increase earnings through commissions
Requirements
- Strong communication and people skills
- Comfortable with door-to-door sales
- Hardworking and self-motivated
- Physically capable of outdoor work (lifting, climbing ladders, etc.)
- Reliable transportation is an asset
- Previous sales or exterior cleaning experience is a bonus (not required)
