The Talent Acquisition Delivery Support Advisor is accountable for providing support to the Recruitment Delivery team, administrative activities to support the hiring and on boarding of candidates, activities associated with the delivery of direct appointments and mergers and acquisition integrations.

Key Accountabilities
Accountable for providing support across a variety of recruitment support activities including:
  • Support a range of processes including candidate assessments, reviews, checks and the offer process including negotiation aligned to Telstra process/policy
  • Facilitation of recruitment checks required to fill a role (background, medical, security)
  • Interview scheduling in partnership with recruitment delivery teams (internal & external) and people leaders
  • Assist in provisioning of equipment for new starters
  • Send and manage quality of hire surveys
  • Large scale administration support for merger and acquisition integration projects, including facilitating recruitment checks (background, reference, security and medical)
  • Contract generation for internal and external hires including mergers and acquisition activity
  • Direct appointments – following process and liaising with managers and key stakeholders within HR to facilitate direct appointment requests in HR Systems
  • Assisting in the management of enquiries
  • Non-recruitment contract conversion
  • Administrative actions to enable commencement/movement in HR Systems
  • Interface and liaison with Payroll (as required)
  • Contribute to an environment and culture which supports and encourages a world class recruitment experience, service oriented, collaborative and flexible team
  • Develop effective and collaborative working relationships with key stakeholders across the organization
To be successful in the role, you must have..
  • Relevant business and/or industry experience across recruitment support
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes would be highly beneficial
  • Strong attention to detail focus and passion for accuracy is essential
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
  • Experience in Recruitment Tool and Workday is highly beneficial
  • Demonstrated ability to work under time pressure and with competing priorities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Previous exposure in running/extracting reports (desirable)
