The Operations & Commercial Strategy Manager plays a critical role in bridging commercial strategy and operational execution across BioScript’s specialty services. This role ensures that commercial opportunities are translated into scalable, efficient, and high-performing operational models.
The position contributes to strategic planning, supporting growth initiatives, Health care professional engagement, and continuous optimization of programs to drive value for different partners and patients.

Your Mission:
Commercial Strategy & Execution
- Support the development and execution of BioScript’s commercial strategy across specialty pharmacy services
- Translate strategic priorities into actionable operational plans and workflows
- Lead operational readiness for new service launches, relaunches, and onboarding partnerships
- Ensure alignment between Business Development, Strategic partner relations (SPR) teams, field- nurses, Access link, Operations, and Analytics
Program Performance & Optimization
- Track and monitor program performance (KPIs, patient pull through, timelines)
- Identify root causes of underperformance
- Implement optimization plans to improve efficiency and outcomes
- Drive consistency across regions (West, Ontario, QC-Atlantic)
Process Design & Operational Excellence
- Develop and maintain workflows, budget and playbooks
- Ensure scalable and repeatable processes
- Partner with Field Nurses and AccessLink Managers for adoption
Cross functional Collaboration
- Support business reviews and client engagements
- Collaborate with internal cross functional partners
- Provide operational insights and recommendations
- Act as liaison between Commercial and cross-functional departments
Reporting & Strategic Insights
- Collaborate to define KPIs aligned with commercial goals
- Collaborate with data analytics manager to provide actionable insights
- Support strategic decision-making
Budget Management & Conference Planning
- Develop, manage, and track budgets
- Monitor operational expenses and ensure alignment with targets
- Support forecasting and variance analysis
- Plan and track conference participation
- Manage conference logistics with Marketing
- Evaluate ROI of conference participation
What You Bring to the Table:
Education:
- Post-secondary education or equivalent experience
Experience:
- 5–8+ years in operations or commercial strategy
- Experience in specialty pharmacy or PSPs or pharmaceutical
- Experience with pharmaceutical partners
Skills:
- Strong understanding of operational workflows and patient journeys

Compensation: At BioScript, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package and is determined within a range. Our pay ranges are based on the local cost of labor benchmarks for each specific role, level, and geographic location.
