We design and build premium custom golf simulator spaces in luxury homes, commercial golf facilities, offices, clubs, and entertainment venues. Every project is unique, combining construction, technology, design, and the game of golf into one exceptional experience.

What You'll Do
Depending on your experience, you'll take on a combination of project management and installation responsibilities, including:
Project Coordination
- Manage projects from planning through final installation.
- Coordinate schedules, deliveries, subcontractors, and installation timelines.
- Communicate with homeowners, builders, designers, and commercial clients.
- Perform site visits and ensure projects are ready for installation.
- Keep projects organized, on schedule, and completed to the highest standard.
Installation
- Install custom golf simulator systems in residential and commercial spaces.
- Assemble simulator enclosures, impact screens, flooring systems, and hitting areas.
- Install projectors, launch monitors, computers, TVs, speakers, and related technology.
- Complete light carpentry, finishing work, and equipment setup.
- Test and calibrate systems for optimal performance.
- Leave every project clean, professional, and ready for the client to enjoy.
Customer Experience
- Represent our company professionally on every job site.
- Build positive relationships with homeowners, builders, and business owners.
- Walk clients through their new simulator and ensure they're comfortable using it.

- Willing to travel out-of-town occasionally
Whether you're looking to start a long-term career or already have experience managing projects, we're interested in meeting people who are hungry to grow.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in construction, finish carpentry, renovations, AV installation, home automation, or related trades.
- Experience managing projects or leading crews.
- Mechanical aptitude and confidence using hand and power tools.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work on ladders when required.
A Major Asset (But Not Required)
- Experience in the golf industry.
- Golf simulator installation experience.
- Knowledge of launch monitors, simulator software, or golf technology.
- Passion for golf or the golf business.
If you don't have golf industry experience but are motivated to learn, we'll provide the training.
