Job Summary
The Site Supervisor plays a critical role in overseeing construction projects from inception to completion. This position requires strong leadership and organizational skills to ensure that all work is performed according to specifications, on schedule, and within budget. The Site Supervisor will coordinate with various subcontractors, manage on-site personnel, and maintain quality control throughout the project lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations on the construction site to ensure adherence to safety regulations and project specifications.
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality control and compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborate with project managers, designers, architects and inspectors to ensure project continues smoothly.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents to guide construction activities.
- Train, mentor, and supervise site personnel, ensuring effective communication and teamwork.
- Manage material procurement and ensure timely delivery of supplies to the job site.
- Address any issues or conflicts that arise on-site promptly and effectively.
- Work in field on any necessary carpentry and construction related tasks.
Skills
- Proficient in Quality Control practices to maintain high standards of workmanship.
- Strong Supervising skills with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively.
- Experience in Construction estimating for accurate budgeting and resource allocation a bonus
- Competent in Blueprint reading for accurate interpretation of project plans.
- Ability to build strong relationships with team members, subcontractors, and clients through effective communication.

Pay: $79,478.00-$87,989.00 per year
