About the Role
We are a growing employment agency looking for a high-energy, results-driven Account Executive / Agency Sales Specialist to spearhead our business development efforts. If you have a proven track record of picking up the phone, breaking through gatekeepers, and closing new client accounts, we want to talk to you.
This is a dual-focus role where you will be responsible for hunting new business (cold calling) and managing the client relationships you build. Previous employment agency experience is strictly required for this role.
Key Responsibilities
- New Client Acquisition: Proactively identify, prospect, and cold call local businesses to secure new job orders and service contracts.
- Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for new accounts, understanding their hiring needs, and ensuring high-quality service delivery.
- Market Research: Identify emerging industries, local hiring trends, and potential client targets to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Negotiation: Present agency services, handle objections, and negotiate competitive service agreements and markup rates with hiring managers and HR executives.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the internal recruitment team to ensure client job descriptions are clearly understood and filled with top-tier candidates efficiently.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 1–3 years of proven experience working inside a Staffing / Employment Agency in a sales, account management, or 360-degree recruitment capacity (Must-Have).
- Cold Calling Mastery: A fearless attitude toward cold calling, phone prospecting, and B2B sales. You must love the thrill of the hunt.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to confidently pitch to business owners, hiring managers and HR executives..
- Resilience: Strong objection-handling skills and the persistence required to succeed in a highly competitive industry.

Pay: $17.60-$22.00 per hour
