$24–$32/hour (based on experience) + company vehicle + benefits
About the Role
Magic Windows & Doors is hiring a Service Technician to handle service calls across the GTA.
This is a hands-on role for someone with strong technical ability who can work independently, troubleshoot issues, and deliver high-quality repairs in customers’ homes.
This is not an entry-level role. Candidates must have hands-on experience and be comfortable working independently.
What You’ll Do
- Travel to scheduled service calls across the GTA
- Diagnose and repair window and door issues
- Adjust hardware, seals, and moving components
- Replace parts and complete repairs as needed
- Ensure all work meets company quality standards
- Communicate clearly with customers and internal teams
- Complete service reports and documentation
What We’re Looking For
2+ years of hands-on experience in:
- window & door installation/service OR
- carpentry, construction, or finishing trades
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability
- Comfortable working independently in the field
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver’s license (required)
Nice to Have
- Experience specifically with window & door systems
- Service/repair experience (not just installation)
- Experience working in homes
