We are seeking a reliable, professional, and hospitality-focused couple to join our team at a luxury bed and breakfast property. This is a unique live-in opportunity for a couple who enjoy working together to provide exceptional guest experiences while maintaining a beautiful and welcoming property.
Responsibilities
Property Maintenance & Groundskeeping (Partner 1)
- Perform general property maintenance and repairs.
- Maintain indoor and outdoor spaces to the highest standards.
- Lawn care, gardening, landscaping, and seasonal property upkeep.
- Monitor and maintain building systems and equipment.
- Coordinate with contractors and service providers when necessary.
- Assist with guest luggage and property-related guest requests.
- Ensure the property remains safe, clean, and well-presented at all times.
Hospitality, Housekeeping & Culinary Services (Partner 2)
- Prepare and serve high-quality breakfasts and occasional dinners for guests.
- Plan menus, shop for ingredients, and maintain kitchen inventory.
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, common areas, and kitchen facilities.
- Manage laundry, linens, and housekeeping supplies.
- Ensure exceptional cleanliness and presentation throughout the property.
- Provide warm, professional guest service and respond to guest needs.
Shared Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and provide concierge services.
- Assist with guest check-ins and check-outs.
- Deliver a personalized luxury hospitality experience.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly address concerns.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
- Assist with special events and seasonal activities as required.
- Be available for evening, weekend, and holiday duties.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, hotel operations, bed and breakfast management, concierge services, housekeeping, culinary services, property maintenance, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable driving record preferred.
- Ability to lift and carry moderate weights and perform physical tasks.
- Friendly, positive, and guest-oriented attitude.
