The Borough Market Bistro is a refined, chef-driven dining experience that blends elevated comfort food with polished execution. We are looking for a skilled, motivated Grill/Line Cook who takes pride in their craft and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented kitchen.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Executing high-quality dishes with consistency and attention to detail
- Owning your station during service (prep, service, and clean-down)
- Working closely with the Chef and leadership team to maintain standards
- Contributing to a strong, respectful, and professional kitchen culture
- Supporting brunch, dinner service, and special events
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years line cook experience in a fast-paced kitchen
- Strong understanding of cooking techniques, timing, and plating
- Ability to stay organized and composed under pressure
- A team-first mindset — no egos, just execution
- Passion for food and a desire to continually improve
- Reliable, punctual, and accountable

Compensation
