- Responsibilities
- Oversee inventory management and asset tracking to ensure availability and optimal utilization
- Coordinate shop activities to support project timelines and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with procurement teams to manage material handling and logistics
- Maintain accurate records of equipment and supplies.
- Assist in process improvements related to asset handling and shop workflows.
- Support logistics related to shipping, receiving, and warehousing.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards during all operations.
- Communicate effectively with project teams to align on priorities
Qualifications
- Proven experience in asset management or shop coordination within the trades or construction industry.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Knowledge for fixing tools
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Knowledge of procurement processes is preferred.
- Familiarity with inventory systems or Hilti Tools.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver’s license is required
