Our expectations:
The primary function of the Plumbing Pro is to serve as the store expert on plumbing related merchandise. This includes providing both customers and employees with comprehensive information on plumbing-related merchandise, assisting customers in assembling, cutting, selecting, and loading merchandise, and training associates in the department.
Your role:
Promote Lowe’s Canada services and maximize potential sales by explaining features, creating quotes, and selling installations
Manage inventory levels and pricing documentation to support sales and ensuring products are stocked and displayed according to standards
Follow up with customers and vendors based on jobs and materials sold to ensure all project requirements are satisfied and pull merchandise for internet orders
Maintain the safety and security of the store
Complete all other duties as assigned
The qualifications we are looking for:
At least 1 year of experience selling plumbing supplies
At least 1 year of experience working with contractors in a sales role or in the field
At least 6 months of retail sales experience
Ability to lift up to 40 pounds daily without assistance
