Apply to a growing company providing food distribution in Northern Ontario. Reliable Dairy/ 705Foods is seeking a motivated and reliable inside Sales/ Warehouse Supervisor to join our team.
Responsibilities:
* Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with existing and prospective customers.
* Communicate with customers via phone, text, and email to process orders, respond to inquiries, and provide exceptional service.
* Manage incoming calls and effectively resolve customer questions, concerns , and service issues.
* Generate and process invoices, monitor accounts receivable, track payments, and prepare bank deposits
* Review and prepare customer orders for warehouse picking and fulfillment.
* Oversee daily order-picking to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and timely completion.
* Plan and schedule delivery routes for three drivers, optimizing service levels and delivery efficiency.
* Monitor and maintain inventory records using the Odoo ERP system, ensuring data accuracy and stock availability.
* Track and manage refridgeration and freezer equipment inventory, maintenance schedules, and operational status.
* Collaborate closely with the outside sales team to support needs, coordinate account activities, and drive business growth.
* Assist with general administrative and operational tasks to support daily business operations and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
* Proficiency in Quickbooks, with experience in invoicing, payment tracking, and general accounting functions.
* Experience with Odoo ERP/ Inventory Management Software is considered and asset.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to interact professionally with customers, drivers, suppliers, and team members.
* Highly dependable, organized, and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
*Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
*Experience working in a distribution, wholesale, food service, or dairy-related environment is an asset.
Pay: $25.00 per hour
