About the Role
We are seeking an experienced, versatile, and hardworking ICI Construction Labourer to join our team. This role requires a strong understanding of both interior and exterior construction processes, specifically focusing on the building envelope. The ideal candidate is a well-rounded tradesperson capable of handling everything from initial site demolition to fine interior finishes.
Key Responsibilities
- Work across various phases of construction including civil work, foundation laying, structural erection, rough-ins, and final finishing processes.
- Perform a diverse range of tasks, including demolition, framing/carpentry, rebar placement, drywall installation, and interior finishes.
- Apply knowledge of construction processes and techniques to ensure high-quality interior and exterior building envelope execution.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace and strictly adhere to all safety protocols, demonstrating a strong commitment to proper PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) usage.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in the ICI (Industrial, Commercial, Institutional) construction sector.
- Deep understanding of construction processes and techniques related to interior/exterior building envelopes.
- Must possess a valid Driver’s License and have access to reliable personal transportation to commute to various jobsites.
- A commitment to workplace safety and a respectful attitude toward safety regulations.
