The YES Collective Impact Initiativebrings together students, family members, educators, employment service providers and disability agency staff to find ways to make it easier for youth with a disability to make a successful transition from school to employment. Our focus is on providing education to all, about the disability supports & services that are already available in Kingston, Frontenac, Lennox & Addington. We will provide support, structure and processes to help these programs to work effectively together and with our local school boards. We have identified some gaps in services and are developing creative solutions in order to meet the needs of youth in our community.
