We are hiring a Window Film & Shade Installer to join an established and growing specialty installation company serving residential and commercial clients throughout the Lower Mainland.
This is not a general labour position. We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys working directly with customers, and wants to build a long-term career in a specialized trade. The right person will have opportunities to grow into a Lead Installer and eventually take on greater project leadership responsibilities.

What You'll Be Doing
- Install window films, privacy films, security films, decorative films, and architectural graphics
- Install manual and motorized roller shade systems
- Measure, prepare, and complete installations to a high standard of quality
- Work in both residential and commercial environments
- Travel between multiple job sites throughout the day
- Communicate professionally with homeowners, property managers, business owners, and project stakeholders
- Identify site challenges and work with the team to find solutions
- Maintain company tools, equipment, and vehicles
- Ensure installations meet company quality and safety standards
- Represent the company professionally at all times
What We're Looking For
Must-Haves
- Valid Class 5 driver's licence and clean driving record
- Comfortable working on ladders and at heights
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to communicate professionally with residential and commercial customers
- Physically capable of performing installation work and lifting materials
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Interested in building a long-term career and growing within the company
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience installing window film
- Experience with roller shades or motorized shading systems
- Experience in glazing or the glass industry
- Experience installing signs, graphics, vinyl, decals, wraps, or architectural finishes
- Construction, finishing, or specialty installation experience
- Fall protection or lift certifications
