Position: Supervisor of Resident Care
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Status: Full-Time
About the Position
Residence O Bons Soins is seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and organized Supervisor of Resident Care to join our team.
The successful candidate will supervise and support our care team while ensuring that residents receive safe, respectful, compassionate, and high-quality care.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and support resident care staff
- Coordinate daily care activities and staff assignments
- Ensure residents' needs are being met
- Monitor and follow up on resident care concerns
- Communicate with families, staff, and healthcare professionals
- Maintain accurate documentation
- Provide leadership and guidance to the care team
- Ensure residence policies and safety standards are followed
Requirements
- Fluent in both French and English – REQUIRED
- Experience in resident care, healthcare, or a related field
- Previous supervisory experience is an asset
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Compassionate and respectful attitude toward seniors
- Reliable, responsible, and professional
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
