Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Vibration Analyst to join our engineering team. This role involves analyzing and diagnosing vibration issues in mechanical systems, ensuring optimal performance and reliability. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge, proficiency in system design, and experience with advanced analytical tools. The Vibration Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting manufacturing processes, conducting detailed testing, and developing solutions to improve equipment longevity and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Conduct vibration analysis on rotating machinery and mechanical systems to identify potential faults or inefficiencies.
- Utilize industry standard diagnostic tools and software to interpret data and develop solutions.
- Develop and review technical reports
- Monitor equipment performance through data collection and analysis, providing actionable insights for maintenance teams.
- Collaborate with clients to optimize systems
- Implement troubleshooting protocol
- Prepare detailed reports on vibration patterns, system health, and recommended corrective actions for stakeholders.
- Support the integration of new systems by designing schematics and ensuring compliance with engineering standards.
Experience
- Valid Vibration Analyst Certification is Required
- Proven experience in mechanical engineering or a related field with a focus on vibration analysis or condition monitoring.
- Strong background in mechanical knowledge, system design, and manufacturing processes.
- Proficiency with industry standard software
- Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), CNC systems, and schematic interpretation is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of mechanical systems within industrial and manufacturing environments, including troubleshooting of complex machinery.
