We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with mechanical aptitude and a hands-on work ethic who enjoys a variety of tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This role is critical in ensuring the general maintenance of the shop, parts procurement from Calgary and area for installation and service appointments, ensuring technicians have access to all necessary tools and that the equipment is all in working order by performing basic maintenance and services. This position will report directly to the warehouse manager, and will consist of primarily shop time and performing pickups in the City. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general shop maintenance duties including cleaning, organizing, and light repairs
- Assist in the warehouse with inventory management, shipping/receiving, and order preparation
- Conduct inspections and minor servicing of equipment, tools, and vehicles to ensure a safe and functional work environment.
- Help maintain and organize tools, supplies, and materials
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely (training provided if necessary)
- Support team members with shop and yard duties as needed
- Assist with truck and trailer-related tasks (loading, unloading, basic maintenance)
Qualifications:
- Forklift Certification (training if needed)
- Mechanical aptitude and general knowledge of tools and equipment
- Experience with trucks and trailers is an asset
- Physically fit and capable of lifting 50 lbs regularly
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving abstract is required
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to apply logic in various situations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
