Overview
We are seeking a talented and passionate Baker(need to start at 6am) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food industry, with experience in baking. As a Baker, you will be responsible for creating delicious baked goods while ensuring high standards of food safety and quality. This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and excellent customer service skills to meet the needs of our clientele.
Duties
- Prepare and bake a variety of baked goods, including breads, pastries and cookies.
- Follow recipes accurately while maintaining consistency in taste and appearance.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area.
- Collaborate with team members to fulfill customer orders efficiently.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a bakery or restaurant setting is preferred.
- Proficiency in cake decorating techniques is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of food safety practices and regulations.
- Excellent food handling skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards.
- A passion for baking and creativity in developing new recipes is a plus.
