We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Physician to join our healthcare team. We have a panel of 1000- 1500 Patient ready to be taken over by new physician. No struggle to build panel. You will be busy from first day.
The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive primary care services to patients across all age groups, ensuring high-quality, patient-centered treatment. The Family Physician will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and utilize advanced electronic health record systems to deliver efficient and effective healthcare services.
Duties
- Conduct thorough patient examinations, diagnose illnesses, and develop appropriate treatment plans.
- Manage acute care cases, including urgent medical issues, pain management, and minor procedures.
- Provide pediatric and adult patient care, addressing a wide range of health concerns.
- Administer medications and oversee medication management plans in accordance with best practices.
- Collect and analyze patient data to monitor health trends and improve care strategies.
- Utilize electronic medical records systems such as Epic and Cerner for documentation, order entry, and data retrieval.
- Coordinate home care services when necessary, ensuring continuity of care outside the clinical setting.
- Participate in research initiatives or quality improvement projects aimed at enhancing patient outcomes.
- Educate patients on health maintenance, disease prevention, and lifestyle modifications.
- Collaborate with specialists and other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Requirements
- Medical degree from an accredited institution with valid licensure as a Family Physician.
- Proven experience in hospital settings or outpatient clinics is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, diagnostic procedures, and treatment protocols.
- Experience with electronic health records systems such as Epic and Cerner.
- Background in research or data collection projects related to healthcare is a plus.
- Skilled in acute care management, pain management techniques, pediatrics, and home care services.
- Excellent patient care skills with the ability to communicate effectively across diverse populations.
- Prior medical office experience is preferred but not mandatory; strong organizational skills are essential.

Pay: $400,000.00-$600,000.00 per year
