Job Summary

Duties
- Perform professional makeup applications tailored to each client’s preferences, occasion, or photo shoot needs
- Create diverse hair styles, including styling, blowouts, updos, and specialty cuts to suit various looks and events
- Provide personalized consultations to understand client desires and recommend suitable beauty solutions
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and hygiene by properly cleaning tools and workstations after each service
- Assist with product demonstrations and upselling premium beauty products to enhance client satisfaction and sales
- Deliver exceptional guest services by fostering a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring clients feel valued throughout their visit
- Support retail sales efforts through engaging interactions, product knowledge sharing, and promoting special offers
Skills
- Strong proficiency in makeup application techniques for everyday wear, special occasions, and editorial looks
- Skilled in hair styling methods including cutting, blow-drying, curling, braiding, and updo creation
- Excellent communication skills to understand client needs clearly and provide professional recommendations
- Knowledge of sanitation protocols to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for clients and staff.
- Ability to deliver outstanding customer service while managing retail sales and product demos effectively
