Audi Edmonton North is seeking a personable, and detail-oriented Part-time Receptionist to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers, guests, and staff, helping to ensure a seamless and professional experience throughout the dealership.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for greeting visitors, managing front-desk activities, directing inquiries, and supporting various administrative functions. Your ability to create a positive first impression, communicate effectively, and maintain an organized environment will contribute to the overall success of our dealership and enhance the experience of every customer who walks through our doors.
Schedule: This is a part-time position with 20 hours per week. The work schedule is flexible and will be determined based on business needs.
This role reports to the Office manager of the dealership.

Key Responsibilities
- Greet all visitors entering the showroom, promptly answer inquiries, and introduce visitors to their host
- Promptly and professionally answer incoming calls on a multiline phone system
- Welcome and serve customers in the lounge areas
- Maintain a tidy work space and stocked customer lounge (coffee station, kids station)
- Handle and process payments from customers
- Stock in vehicles, and assist the Sales Dept with vehicle inventory control
- Book service appointments in the software system
- Distribute incoming mail
- Ensure a high degree of confidentiality with company and customer information
- Participate in maintaining a supportive and fun working environment
- Other administrative duties as assigned
Key Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role is considered an asset
- Previous experience in the automotive industry is considered a strong asset, including experience with CDK or One-Eighty software
- Previous experience operating a multiline phone system is preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong customer-service skills with a friendly, approachable attitude
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Good data entry skills, with strong accuracy
- Detail-oriented, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities
- Ability to stay calm and focused in a face-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable
- Good written and spoken communication skills
- Ability to interact professionally with others
