Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Massage Therapist to join our wellness team. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to providing exceptional therapeutic services to clients, promoting relaxation, pain relief, and overall well-being. As a Massage Therapist, you will utilize various techniques to address clients' needs while maintaining a professional and welcoming environment.

Duties
- Perform a variety of massage techniques, including Swedish, deep tissue, and sports massage, tailored to individual client needs.
- Conduct thorough consultations with clients to assess their physical condition and discuss treatment goals.
- Maintain accurate client records, including treatment plans and progress notes.
- Ensure a clean and organized workspace, adhering to hygiene and safety standards.
- Educate clients on the benefits of massage therapy and recommend self-care practices for optimal results.
- Collaborate with other wellness professionals to enhance client care and promote holistic health approaches.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills to create a positive experience for clients.
- Proficiency in medical terminology to communicate effectively with clients regarding their conditions and treatments.
- Excellent communication skills to build rapport with clients and understand their needs clearly.
- Ability to perform physical tasks associated with massage therapy while maintaining professionalism at all times.
- Knowledge of anatomy and physiology related to massage therapy techniques is preferred but not required.
- Registered with the CMTO and have valid insurance
