Duo Concepts Limited is a growing Design & Build company with its own furniture brand and showroom in Richmond, BC.
We specialize in residential design, construction, and multifunctional furniture, providing clients with complete home solutions—from design and construction to furniture and installation.
As our company continues to grow, we are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team.
This is not a traditional administrative role. You will work closely with the management team and gain hands-on experience across business operations, customer service, sales support, and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities
Business Operations
- Support the management team with daily business operations
- Coordinate internal tasks and assist with workflow organization
- Help improve operational processes and administrative efficiency
Administration
- Prepare quotations, invoices, contracts, and related documents
- Maintain organized customer records and company documentation
- Assist with order processing and project coordination
Customer Service & Sales Support
- Welcome and assist walk-in showroom customers
- Introduce products and provide a professional customer experience
- Support customer follow-ups and showroom sales activities
Inventory & Data Management
- Maintain inventory records and product information
- Ensure inventory data is accurate and up to date
- Support inventory organization and operational improvements

Qualifications
Required
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written)
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
Preferred
- 0–3 years of work experience
- Recent university graduates are welcome to apply
- Customer service, retail, administrative or coordination experience is an asset
- Experience in furniture, interior design, construction or home improvement is an advantage, but not required
