OFFICE ASSISTANT
Derek Daneault at Royal LePage Prime Real Estate is seeking a Office Assistant to join our Real Estate team at our 1877 Henderson Hwy office. The basis of the job will be clerical with a focus on transactional and creative tasks. The ideal candidate will be an excellent administrative support with exceptional communication and customer service skills. We are looking for someone who is always willing to go above and beyond, competent in a fast paced environment, very detailed and task oriented. Assisting our team systems and the daily work flow is the foundation of the job.
FULL TIME Job Hours can be flexible for the right candidate. More details to follow in an interview.
Assets needed:
- Outgoing, creative and friendly with a professional demeanour
- Administratively strong with a high attention to detail
- Strong computer skills proficient in MS Office software & some graphic design ability is a valued asset
- Strong verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable answering phones.
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to manage, organize, and execute tasks and multiple projects at a time
- Creativity in writing & marketing designs is an asset
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-achieving environment
