We are seeking to fill the Receptionist at our Head Office location. The Receptionist is responsible for all front office operations including answer incoming calls, greet clients, mail and courier distribution, order office supplies and assist all HUB departments with various office duties. On a continuous basis, this person exercises professional and courteous manners towards the staff and management in performing administrative responsibilities. The receptionist is a team member of the Central Scanning and Invoicing (CSI) department, whose function it is to review and sort incoming documentation via hard copy mail, fax, email or electronic download. The Receptionist will assist in the processing of renewals and all other policy and non-policy related documents for all branch locations and departments to the Broker Management Software System.

The Receptionist will also provide support to the Executive Assistant on an as needed basis.

Accomplishments Needed

A minimum Grade 12 education is required. A post-secondary education in Office Administration would be a strong asset. Strong interpersonal skills, superior oral communication and strong organizational skills are necessary. Also the ability to multi-task and be self-motivated.
