EVOO Greek Kitchen is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager / Maître D' to join our leadership team.
This position is best suited for a hospitality professional who has experience working in high-volume, upscale restaurants and understands the pace, attention to detail, and service standards that accompany elevated dining. We're looking for someone who leads by example, thrives on the floor during busy services, and is passionate about creating exceptional guest experiences.
At EVOO, hospitality is at the heart of everything we do. As Restaurant Manager / Maître D', you will lead the front-of-house team, oversee the flow of service, build lasting guest relationships, and help foster a culture of professionalism, accountability, and genuine hospitality.
What You'll Do
- Lead and oversee front-of-house operations during service
- Ensure an exceptional guest experience from arrival to departure
- Coach, mentor, and support the front-of-house team
- Manage reservations, seating, and service flow
- Work closely with the culinary team to deliver seamless service
- Assist with scheduling, hiring, onboarding, and day-to-day operations
- Support inventory management and ordering
- Uphold the highest standards of hospitality, organization, and professionalism
We're Looking For
- Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced, upscale restaurant
- A polished hospitality professional with exceptional guest service skills
- A confident leader who enjoys developing and motivating teams
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Inventory management and ordering experience is preferred
- Experience with OpenTable and restaurant POS systems is an asset
- WSET certification is considered an asset but is not required
- Evening and weekend availability
