Background:
Kyndryl Canada is supporting our Non-Profit clients who specialize in emergency management. They’re looking for customer service representatives to help field calls from Canadian citizens during times of environmental emergencies / natural disasters to coordinate items such as evacuation zones, emergency notices, etc.
The role will involve training to bring candidates up to speed on processes and workflow.
Qualifications:
- Ability to answer important calls and coordinate effectively during times of emergency
- Ability to work in Canada (role is remote, but must be in Canada and have a Canadian citizenship or open work permit)
- Must have a working laptop / computer for emails
Job Type: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: $22.00-$28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
