What You'll Be Doing:
- Diagnose, inspect, service, and repair a range of industrial equipment, mostly under TMG Industrial brand, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
- Utilize all available resources, such as product manuals, in troubleshooting, determining procedures, and identifying parts needed for service & repair.
- Prepare equipment for customer pickup or delivery, ensuring it is safe and ready for use.
- Conduct thorough inspections, complete necessary service & repairs, and return units to for use-ready status.
- Work closely with TMG Customer Service team to diagnose technical issues and provide effective repair solutions that support an exceptional customer experience.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of inspections, maintenance, and work orders.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of Branch processes, maintenance procedures, and equipment readiness.
What You Bring:
- At least 3 years proven mechanical experience working on a variety of industrial equipment particularly with tractors, skid loaders, skid steers, excavators, ATVs among others.
- Expertise gas engines, hydraulics, farming implements, or electrical systems.
- Self-starter and able to work independently with minimal supervision as well as with a team.
- Comfortable with computers (for filling out inspections, inventory management, etc.)
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 75 lbs and performing the demands of the role, including frequent bending, kneeling, squatting, climbing, and working in a warehouse shop environment.
- A valid driver's licence in good standing
- Forklift certification is an asset; if you don't have it, we'll arrange it

Pay: $26.00-$41.00 per hour
