As our business continues to grow, we are seeking Process and Metallurgical Engineers to join our international team.
This is a hands-on role for engineers who enjoy solving real operational challenges, working directly with customers, and spending time on mine sites and processing plants. You'll be involved in plant audits, process reviews, troubleshooting, commissioning, optimisation and technical support, while helping customers improve performance and identify new opportunities.
The Role
You'll work with customers and internal teams across Australia, Canada and Ireland, supporting projects from concept through to commissioning and optimisation.
Key responsibilities include:
- Process and metallurgical engineering
- Plant audits, troubleshooting and optimisation
- Sampling surveys and process investigations
- Commissioning and site support
- Customer technical support
- Development of technical proposals and improvement solutions
- Domestic and international travel
- Supporting Consep's Gold Maximisation Solutions (GMS) initiatives
About You
You are a practical, customer-focused engineer who enjoys being on site and solving problems.
You'll have:
- A degree in Metallurgical, Process, Chemical, Mechanical or related Engineering
- Approximately 5-15 years of industry experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Willingness to travel and work directly with customers
Experience in gold processing, hydrometallurgy, sampling, screening, gravity recovery, commissioning or plant optimisation will be highly regarded.
