Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Food & Beverage (F&B) Manager to lead our restaurant operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive restaurant management experience, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This role involves overseeing daily food and beverage service, managing staff, ensuring food safety standards, and maintaining operational excellence in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Candidates with background in food preparation, cooking, POS systems, and restaurant experience will thrive in this position.
Duties
- Supervise daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, serving, and bar service
- Manage and train staff on food handling, customer service, and safety protocols
- Oversee food safety compliance and ensure adherence to health regulations
- Handle cash transactions and operate Micros POS systems accurately
- Lead team management activities such as interviewing, hiring, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Ensure high standards of hospitality and customer satisfaction are maintained at all times
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery and quality standards are met
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed
- Implement policies to improve operational efficiency and enhance guest experience
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment in accordance with safety standards
Experience
- Proven supervisory experience in food service or restaurant management
- Extensive knowledge of food industry practices including food preparation, cooking, and food safety protocols
- Experience with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms
- Strong background in team management, leadership, and staff development
- Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is highly desirable; hotel or barista experience is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to handle cash transactions accurately and manage food handling procedures
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on hospitality excellence
- Experience in interviewing and hiring staff to build effective teams
- Knowledge of restaurant management operations including kitchen workflows and food safety standards

Pay: $5,150.00-$6,300.00 per month
