Telecommunications Rigger:
Geocell Canada Inc. is hiring Telecommunications Riggers to support wireless telecommunications projects in Ontario and British Columbia.
This is a field-based position for individuals who are comfortable working outdoors, climbing telecommunications towers, and assisting with the installation and maintenance of wireless network equipment.
Responsibilities:
-Climb telecommunications towers and work at heights safely.
-Assist with the installation of antennas, RRUs, feeders, hybrid cables, RF jumpers, and other wireless equipment.
-Perform rigging, lifting, and mounting of equipment.
-Support fibre optic cable installation and routing.
-Assist technicians with equipment replacements, maintenance, and upgrades.
-Load, unload, and transport tools and materials.
-Follow company procedures and all health and safety requirements.
-Complete assigned work efficiently and professionally.
-Travel to project sites as required.
Qualifications:
-Previous telecommunications tower climbing or rigging experience is an asset.
-Construction or general labour experience is also considered.
-Physically fit and able to perform demanding outdoor work.
-Comfortable working at heights.
-Valid Canadian driver's licence is preferred.
-Willingness to travel within Ontario and British Columbia.
Preferred Certifications:
-Working at Heights
-Tower Climbing & Rescue
-Fall Protection
Applicants who do not currently hold all certifications may be considered. Training may be provided based on operational requirements.

Pay: $20.54-$42.07 per hour
