Busy, high volume Seafood kitchen looking to fill sous chef position. Candidate must work with entire kitchen brigade to ensure high standards are maintained while putting out high quality plates at a good pace.

Experience as a sous chef is an advantage but not essential.Excellent Seafood knowledge and seafood experience are essential. 44 hours a week, benefits and an excellent team to work with.
