Concrete Cutting & Coring Technician
Diamond Cut Cutting & Coring Ltd. is a leading concrete cutting and coring company serving commercial, industrial, and residential construction projects throughout the Lower Mainland and Fraser Valley. We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Concrete Cutting & Coring Technician to join our growing team.

Position Responsibilities
- Perform concrete cutting and coring operations using slab saws, wall saws, wire saws, hand saws, and core drilling equipment.
- Safely operate company vehicles, tools, and equipment.
- Complete daily safety documentation, including FLHAs and hazard assessments.
- Communicate effectively with project managers, site supervisors, and customers.
- Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
- Maintain company equipment and keep vehicles clean and organized.
- Assist with concrete removal, demolition, and general labour duties as required.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and WorkSafeBC regulations.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in concrete cutting, coring, demolition, or related construction work.
- Experience operating slab saws, wall saws, hand saws, and core drilling equipment.
- Valid Class 5 Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Strong understanding of construction site safety practices.
- WHMIS certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physically demanding work.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Positive attitude and commitment to quality workmanship.
Preferred Qualifications
- First Aid Certification.
- Fall Protection Certification.
- Experience operating forklifts, skid steers, mini excavators, or other construction equipment.
- Experience with concrete scanning and GPR services.
- Knowledge of construction drawings and layout procedures.

Compensation
$35.00 - $45.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
Schedule
- Full-time
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime and weekend work available as required

Lower Mainland, Fraser Valley, and surrounding areas.
