Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Flat Roof Installer to join our construction and renovation team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing various flat roofing systems in commercial and residential settings. This role requires a strong understanding of construction processes, excellent craftsmanship, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to high standards. Prior experience with carpentry, blueprint reading, and handyman tasks is highly valued.
Duties
- Install flat roofing systems(TPO, EPDM, etc.) according to project specifications and blueprints
- Use hand tools and power tools to assemble, mount, or secure components
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and installation instructions
- Perform caulking, sealing, and finishing work to ensure quality and durability of installations
- Conduct heavy lifting (up to 80 lbs) as needed to move materials or equipment into position safely
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate installation schedules and troubleshoot issues on-site
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency
- Follow all safety protocols and building codes during installation processes
Experience
- 3-5 Years of experience installing flat roofing systems
- Valid Working at Heights Certification
- Valid G Class Drivers License
- Proven experience with hand tools, construction projects, or carpentry work
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately
- Experience with caulking, sealing, and finishing techniques
- Comfortable performing heavy lifting and physical tasks for extended periods
- Knowledge of safety procedures related to construction sites
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to changing project needs

Pay: $34.00-$40.00 per hour
