Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.
Thorwin Properties is one of Winnipeg’s leading property management companies committed to providing clean, safe, and welcoming communities across Winnipeg. We are seeking a dependable, community focused Resident Manager to support operations across a portfolio of 300–500 units. This is a non‑live‑in position, and a reliable vehicle is required for daily travel between properties.

Who You Are
You’re organized, approachable, and take pride in delivering excellent service. You enjoy a role that blends resident support, administrative work, and hands‑on building oversight. You’re comfortable managing multiple sites and maintaining strong relationships with residents, contractors, and the Thorwin team.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for residents across your assigned buildings
- Support leasing activities, including showing suites and assisting prospective tenants
- Conduct regular building inspections to ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance with Thorwin standards
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs with Thorwin’s service team and external contractors
- Maintain accurate logs, reports, and administrative records
- Uphold building policies and foster a respectful, community‑oriented environment
- Respond to urgent issues or after‑hours needs as required
- Travel between multiple properties daily (vehicle required)
What You Bring
- Experience in property management, customer service, hospitality, or building operations is an asset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage time effectively while overseeing multiple buildings
- Basic maintenance or cleaning knowledge is helpful
- Comfortable using email, digital tools, and property management systems
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle are required
