Our company is hiring a full time Telecom Sales Associates to help the backbone of modern home life. The Telecom Sales Associates helps households bundle services for whole‑home coverage, add a reliable home phone for power outages, and sync wireless lines so everyone’s covered.
In this role, you’ll represent leading telecommunications products and services, connect with customers face-to-face, and help introduce them to solutions that fit their needs.
What You’ll Do
- Represent telecommunications products and services in person
- Speak directly with customers and prospective customers
- Present current products, promotions, and service options
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Build rapport and create a positive brand experience
- Work toward individual and team sales goals
- Participate in in-person promotional campaigns
