Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Elementary Private School Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging instruction across various subjects, fostering a positive learning environment, and supporting students' academic and personal growth. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong classroom management, and the ability to work effectively with children of diverse backgrounds and needs. Bilingual abilities in English and Arabic or French are highly desirable. The teacher will also utilize technology tools such as Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace to enhance lesson delivery and student engagement.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards in subjects such as Math, English, Science, IT, Art and History.
- Deliver engaging classroom instruction that caters to different learning styles and abilities.
- Provide tutoring and additional support to students who require extra help, including those with special education needs or disabilities.
- Assess student progress regularly through assignments, tests, and observations; adjust teaching strategies accordingly.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and behavioral reports using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages respect, collaboration, and active participation.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student progress and classroom activities.
- Incorporate technology into lessons to enhance learning experiences and develop students' computer skills.
- Support the school's mission by demonstrating leadership qualities and organizational skills in managing classroom activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field; teaching certification preferred.
- Prior classroom experience in a private or public school setting is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and strong computer skills.
- Bilingual proficiency in English plus Arabic or French is a significant advantage.
- Experience working with children of various ages.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage students effectively.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently across multiple responsibilities.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Pay: $30,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
