Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Residential Window & Door Installer to handle the installation, replacement, and service of windows and doors in residential settings. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to quality work.
Responsibilities:
✅️ Install residential windows and doors (new construction and retrofit)
✅ Measure and prepare openings for installation
✅️ Ensure proper sealing, insulation, and finishing
✅️ Remove and dispose of old windows/doors safely
✅️ Maintain a clean and organized job site
✅️ Communicate professionally with customers and team members
✅️ Follow all safety procedures and company standards
Qualifications:
✅️ Experience in window and door installation (preferred)
✅️ General construction or carpentry experience considered an asset
✅️ Ability to use hand and power tools safely
✅️ Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
✅️ Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials
✅️ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
✅️ Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
