Have knowledge and experience in supervising Kitchen Deli production workflow and controlling cost and wastage
Ability to manage and train employees
Ability to deliver Kitchen Deli products (BBQ, Hot Foods, Dim Sum, Sushi and/or others Semi-finished Products) research and development
Possess 5 years and/or above relevant experience, with at least 3 years of supervisory experience preferred
Good communication skills
Flexible to work in various shifts, including weekdays, weekends, holidays, morning and evening hours
Have a good understanding of tools & equipment relevant to the job and know how to interpret labels of merchandises
Possess basic computer skills in MS Office
