UWest Mississauga works with nationally recognized brands to create positive, face-to-face consumer experiences at promotional events across Mississauga. We're hiring a Customer Service Representative who takes pride in making every interaction count. This is a full-time, in-person role for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and wants to build a foundation in customer engagement. No prior experience is required — we train you thoroughly before you step on-site.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Welcome and assist consumers at event-based activations and retail locations
- Listen carefully to customer needs and guide them through available options with patience and clarity
- Handle questions and concerns professionally, ensuring every person leaves with a positive impression
- Support customers through the full journey — from first contact through to enrolment or purchase
- Keep thorough and accurate records of daily service activity and campaign notes
- Proactively build and maintain knowledge of the products and promotions you represent
- Show up consistently and contribute to a positive, team-oriented atmosphere
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- Full-time availability Monday to Friday
- Experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality is welcome — not expected
