Your Opportunity!
Durand Heating & Cooling is recruiting for a Permanent Full-Time Plumber to join our team in Hensall. In this role, you will report to the Owners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems in residential and agricultural settings
- Ensure compliance with relevant plumbing codes, safety standards, and regulations
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, inspections, and materials used
- Review and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications
- Provide training and mentorship to apprentices and journeyperson plumbers
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
- Other duties, as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Plumber 306A License
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a plumber
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract
- Extremely strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with colleagues
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Effective time-management skills with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
