Background:

development of all our coaches, encouraging them to pursue further
coaching education and providing compensation support for provincial
and national coaching courses.
Position Summary:
The Program Lead is responsible for leading the development of one
Grassroots (U8-U12) age group. The position has both administrative
and technical responsibilities. This position will be responsible for the
development and implementation of Aurora Football Club’s Grassroots
curriculum through age group training sessions using the Aurora FC
training model. Act as a staff coach and provide coverage elsewhere
with the club when required.
Responsibilities:
- In alignment with the Ontario Soccer Long-Term Player
Development Plan, develop and execute age appropriate training
sessions that includes 2 - 3 training sessions per week and 1 game
per week (October – September)
- Promote and support the Aurora FC training model and
philosophy
- Manage player movement (Up or Down) in the age group
- Follow Aurora FC’s training curriculum & style of play
